How we work
Four principles that are non-negotiable

Fixed cost before the first payment
We quote every import with a full breakdown: FOB, freight, insurance, duty, FODINFA, VAT, ICE when it applies, customs broker and local delivery. If adjustments come up later, Daleki Trade covers them.

50/50 model, no financing
You pay 50% when you place the order and 50% before customs clearance. We do not advance capital or charge interest. The operation runs on your own cash flow, and that keeps both sides committed to it from the first payment.

AI to quote faster
ATLAS works out the tariff code, the total cost and the restrictions with current data from COMEX, Ecuador's foreign trade committee, and cuts the quoting cycle from days to seconds. The final decision always belongs to the client and their customs broker.

Traceability and formal invoicing
Every operation comes with an electronic invoice from D-Legacy SAS or D-Legacy USA LLC, with VAT shown so you can claim it as a tax credit, and a complete paper trail. We do not handle petty cash or side payments.

ATLAS v1 ships with landed cost calculation, SENAE tariff classification, restriction checks and a multimodal comparison. It has been free for individual use since day one.
