We manage exports of Ecuadorian cacao, bananas, shrimp, flowers and manufactured goods to the United States, the European Union, China, the Andean Community (CAN), Chile, Mexico and Russia. We handle certificates of origin, drawback and refrigerated logistics from start to finish.
Process
Step 1
ATLAS validates the NANDINA tariff code, identifies destination markets with an active tariff preference (CAN, ALADI, EU Multiparty Agreement, Ecuador-China Agreement, GSP) and calculates the recoverable drawback.
Step 2
You receive the gross FOB, the export fees (DAE, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, broker and port handling) and the estimated drawback. You see the net figure before shipping.
Step 3
We coordinate a reefer container (bananas at 13 °C, shrimp at -18 °C) or a cargo flight from UIO for flowers. We file the DAE export declaration in ECUAPASS and handle the certificates of origin, the AGROCALIDAD phytosanitary certificate and MAATE procedures when they apply.
Step 4
We close the DAE, deliver the documents to the buyer and file the drawback claim with SENAE. The refund reaches the exporter in 30 to 90 business days.

Pricing
Complex operations are quoted case by case. The recoverable drawback, up to 5% of FOB, is refunded to the exporter 30 to 90 days after shipment.
